After Mutual Acceptance, inspections are performed and the appraisal will be scheduled, if necessary, to get you to the next step.

Bring your driver’s license to the Signing Appointment. You will review all the documents and sign them to initiate the closing.

You have officially closed on your new home! Make sure to notify important contacts, utilities, etc., of your move.
