Get Pre-Approved
Unless you are a cash buyer you will want to be pre-approved for a mortgage loan before starting the house hunting process. This will ensure you know your budget and are ready to submit an offer at any time.
House Hunting
Once your criteria has been established, Jennifer will set up searches in the MLS and start sending you homes. Now it is time to hit the ground running and start touring!
Submit an Offer
Once you find the perfect home, Jennifer will discuss strategy, create the offer, and submit it to the listing agent.
Under Contract
When the seller accepts your offer, you will be mutual. Title, Escrow, and your Loan Officer will send you items to complete. Jennifer is in touch with all parties throughout the process to ensure a seamless closing.
Due Diligence
After mutual acceptance, any inspections are performed and the appraisal will be scheduled, if necessary, to get you to closing.
Sign & Close
Your escrow company will schedule a signing appointment. During this appoint you will review and sign all the documents to initiate the closing.
Congratulations
Jennifer will give you the keys. You have officially closed on your new home!
